CRA Pacemaker® Spreader

This versatile machine will allow non-stop face-to-face (zig-zag)

spreading of woven fabrics & linings whether it is rolled, flat

folded, double folded or tubular (optional front upright required).

End catchers automatically fold & clamp the fabric at each end

whilst the manual edge guidance system permits the operator to

maintain a straight edge (optional automatic Edgematic system).

The Expandabar eliminates the need for rolls up to 45kg to be

secured with cones & there is a heavy duty option to accept rolls

up to 136kg weight. Available in widths from 48" up to 120".

 

CRA Turntable Spreader

This spreader is recommended for manual face-up lays (nap

one-way). It is designed for quick & easy rethreading, is very

manoeuvrable & features a manual edge control. It can also be

modified to accept rolls up to 48" diameter & spreading heights

up to 28". An optional electric cut off allows one operator to

spread & cut even very wide fabrics with speed & accuracy.

CRA Presto Plus™ Automatic Spreader

This fully automatic machine spreads both face-up & face-to-face

(zig-zag) & features turntable, infrared edge control, variable speed & fully automatic knifebox, motorised elevation, tension control & gauge, 10" spreading capacity, & will accept rolls weighing up to 113kg. Like all Champion series spreaders, it has a twist throttle allowing manual speed & direction control. Available in 60", 66", 72" & 78" widths.

Semi-Automatic Spreader

For semi-automatic spreading face-up one way, & fully automatic

spreading face-to-face (zig-zag). Features infrared edge control,

variable speed knifebox, tension control & gauge, Available in 60", 66", 72" & 78" widths.

Semi-Automatic Spreader

Our most economical spreader incorporating a drive motor, with

functions including speed & direction controlled by the operator.

Available with optional end catchers & slow down circuitry.

Delta m01k Manual Spreader

Due to its modular design, the m01k can take all the kit options in the Delta range enabling it to spread all types of fabric including tubular. Despite being a manual machine, the m01k has the same positive feed system as more sophisticated models, permitting tension free spreading with excellent accuracy. It also features photocell edge alignment & lateral wheels to avoid a “crabbing” movement during operation.

A machine combining simple automatic spreading & low maintenance construction with the utmost in cradle technology for

tension free spreading. The cradle allows rapid roll changes whilst automatic threading & rewind further increases time savings.

Tension control allows automatic adjustments to the feeding in real time throughout the fabric roll, without the need for operator

intervention. True flexibility is demonstrated in the secondary speed control which facilitates working with end splice points &

The fully robotised cradle feed

turntable spreader combines the most sophisticated of spreader technology, making this machine the ultimate solution for the most demanding of cutting room

requirements. Designed to give fast & efficient cloth roll changes without the need for cone bars, the flexible belts combined with fully

automatic fabric thread & rewind & the optional floor to machine loader enable very high time savings. Tension is controlled automatically with the Intelligent Feed System (IFS), & together with further

innovations including Twin

Opposite Feeding (TOF), the

Slide Feeding System (SFS) & an onboard air assisted device to eliminate drag on the feed chute, fabric distortion is further reduced & quality of spread improved.

 

 

Synergy Automatic Spreader

The Synergy has been designed specifically for the clothing

industry. It incorporates a cradle which can be adjusted

according to the fabric roll diameter & has a very low loading position to allow ultra fast roll changes. It has many of the features utilised on the Advantage, including IFS, SFS &TOF, & has an end cutter with a speed of 3.8m/s, the fastest on the market. The spreader can be programmed directly from the keypad, or from a PC allowing programmes to be stored for later use, & reports to be produced & printed. Marker files in ISO format can be imported from other CSD/CM systems.

It is available in 200 to 300kg versions & the TT version has a fully robotised turntable.
