Eastman Auto Track Falcon® End
Cutter
Whilst similar to the manual Falcon lV, the travel of
the Auto Track’s cutting head & the lifting/lowering of the track
mechanism are motorised. The knife can be activated either at the
control panel or by remote control. The system is totally enclosed & can
be installed in minutes.
The control panel includes controls for:
• Automatic cutting cycle on/off • Cutting width
• Track speed • Ply counter • Blade sharpening
Eastman Falcon®
lV End Cutter
The track guided Falcon enables the operator to make a
fast, perfectly square cut of virtually any fabric, even quilted fabrics
& foam up to 11/2" thick. It is equipped with an integrated on/off
switch that activates the knife motor only when the head is moved away
from its resting position & it can be supplied with a lifting mechanism
which allows the track to be raised above the cut ply & then lowered
onto the lay, keeping the cut ply aligned at the cut end. The optional
Cloth Alignment Bar (CAB) serves as a guide to enable the operator to
lay & align each ply perfectly. The CAB is also available with a lifting
mechanism so that it can be raised & laid on top of the lay after each
ply. An optional bias attachment is available to permit track guided
cutting at any angle. Using the clamping brackets, the Falcon lV is
fitted to any type of cutting table in seconds & is supplied with a
standard 40" handle for use on tables up to 72" wide. Longer handles are
available on request.
Eastman Falcon®
Air/Pneumatic End Cutter
An adaptation of the Buzzaird hand held round knife, the
Falcon Air/Pneumatic offers the most power in the smallest package of
any Falcon type cutter. Ideal for cutting heavy rubber & plastic
sheeting & is also suited for use in wet areas where electric power is
not appropriate. Includes the same standard features as the electric
FalconlV. Requires 60-90 psi compressed air.

Whirlwind LCS(M) Manual End
Cutter
A manual machine for use on tables between 72" & 120"
wide. Can be set up left or right handed & can have a pull or a push
handle.
Includes the following:
Cutting track - cutting head – power cable – lifting
device & adjustable handle – table clamps – track with lifter & clamps.

As
Tornado but with four pneumatic lifters for effortless lifting. Residual
air pressure can be adjusted to make the track lighter for holding
delicate fabrics, or heavier for slippery fabrics.
Tornado LCS(N) Auto-Return End

Similar to the Whirlwind but with an auto-return cutting
head with press button operation & pre-set width control. Can be used on
tables between 72" & 158" wide. Also includes automatic ply counter.
