Plain Brown Underlay Paper
Placed underneath the lay directly on the cutting
table this paper serves three purposes. It
protects
the fabric, stops the knife baseplate from
rucking
the bottom ply, and acts as a medium to move the
lay along the table.

Creped Interleaving Tissue – 30gsm
Used in the lay every 10 or 12 plies for bundling. Also
used for shading, lay between each roll of fabric. The crepe helps to
stabilise the lay when slippery fabrics are used.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Diazo papers must be stored in totally dark
conditions, preferably in black plastic bags within
cartons. If exposed to light for more than
a few seconds the paper will be activated
and will not work on the pattern printer.
